32 OIDs in Counter Discontinuity Time
This theme is entirely made up of one supporting kind of object: a timestamp recording when a related set of performance or traffic counters, such as interface counters, MPLS segment stats, or RADIUS accounting counters, was last reset by a reboot, reinitialization, or overflow. It exists so that a monitoring system pulling counter values over time can tell whether an apparent drop or jump in a counter reflects real traffic change or just a reset. Admins check this timestamp whenever counter trends look inconsistent, to rule out a device restart or module reinitialization as the cause before investigating a real traffic anomaly.
