What is npIoLevelOut?
Controls a digital output line: write 0 for low, 1 for high, or -1 ("flip") to invert whatever the current state is. This lets an admin remotely toggle a relay or indicator wired to the NetPing unit, e.g. writing flip(-1) to pulse a connected buzzer off and on.
