What is tmnxDscpAppLastChanged?
This timestamp records when a DSCP (Differentiated Services Code Point) application entry was last modified, expressed as the system uptime at the time of the change. If no modifications have occurred since the management system restarted, it contains zero. Operators use this to track configuration changes for QoS policy entries and correlate them with network behavior changes.
