Description: Provides management objects for iSCSI Qualified Name (IQN) pool configuration on Cisco UCS/Firepower platforms for iSCSI boot.

Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.

What Is CISCO-FIREPOWER-IQNPOOL-MIB?

CISCO-FIREPOWER-IQNPOOL-MIB is a Cisco Systems Inc. proprietary MIB modeling the IQNPOOL (iSCSI Qualified Name pool) management-information package for Cisco Firepower chassis. Its objects cover an address table (instance ID, DN, assigned flag, assigned-to DN, global-assigned/defined counts, pool name, owner), a block table (instance ID, DN, from/suffix/to range), and a format table (instance ID, DN, format string). As a configuration/status MIB it lets an administrator confirm IQN-pool allocation and assignment for iSCSI storage initiators within a Cisco Firepower chassis. It is deployed on Cisco Systems Firepower chassis (IQN pool management). Engineers can download the CISCO-FIREPOWER-IQNPOOL-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.

IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in CISCO-FIREPOWER-IQNPOOL-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Supported Devices

  • Cisco Systems Firepower chassis (IQN pool management)

Monitoring Examples

An administrator checks cfprIqnpoolAddrAssigned and cfprIqnpoolAddrAssignedToDn to confirm which service profile consumed an IQN address from the pool in a Cisco Firepower chassis.

What Can Be Monitored
