If vRtrStaticRouteNextHop is '0.0.0.0' and vRtrStaticRouteNextHopUnnumberedIf is a null string then this static route is configured as a black hole.
What is vRtrStaticRouteNextHop?
Specifies the IP address of the next-hop router for this static route when the destination is reached via a remote path. It is mutually exclusive with the unnumbered interface next-hop field.
