The value of vRtrIfProxyArpPolicy5 has no effect if vRtrIfProxyArp is set to 'false'.
What is vRtrIfProxyArpPolicy5?
Specifies the name of the fifth and final proxy ARP policy applied to a virtual router interface, completing the set of up to five policies that collectively define the proxy ARP behavior for the interface. An empty string indicates no policy is assigned.
