Description:
When vRtrIfIcmpMaskReply is set to 'true', a reply will be issued when this node is requested for the network mask for this subnet. The requesting node must be attached to the local network. When vRtrIfIcmpMaskReply is set to 'false', no reply is issued if an ICMP mask request is received.
What is vRtrIfIcmpMaskReply?
Controls whether this router interface will respond to ICMP Address Mask Request messages from locally attached nodes; when enabled (true), the router replies with the subnet mask. Disabling this prevents the interface from revealing subnet mask information via ICMP.
