When it is set to 'true (1)', the behavior depends on the value of vRtrIfDHCPAntiSpoofMacAddr. If vRtrIfDHCPAntiSpoofMacAddr is set to all zeros, the source MAC address in the L2 header of the DHCP packet is used. If vRtrIfDHCPAntiSpoofMacAddr is configured, then its value is used.
