When vRtrIfDHCPLayer2Header is 'false (2)', the client hardware address from the DHCP payload, stored in ALCATEL-IND1-TIMETRA-SERV-MIB::svcDhcpLseStateChAddr, is used.
When vRtrIfDHCPLayer2Header is 'true (1)' and the value of this object is all zeros, the source MAC address in the L2 header of the DHCP packet is used.
When vRtrIfDHCPLayer2Header is 'true (1)' and the value of this object is not all zeros, then this value is used.
This object can only be configured if the value of object vRtrIfDHCPLayer2Header is set to 'true (1)'.

Specifies the MAC address used when creating anti-spoofing filter entries for DHCP lease states on this interface. Its meaning depends on the Layer 2 header setting: when Layer 2 headers are absent, this overrides the default behavior of using the DHCP client's hardware address.
