When vRtrType has a value of 'vprn', the value of vRtrCustId indicates the customer-id of the associated service that created this row entry.
What is vRtrCustId?
This read-only object identifies the customer ID associated with a Virtual Private Routed Network (VPRN) when the virtual router type is set to VPRN mode. It links the VR configuration back to the customer service that created it, enabling service providers to track which customer owns each VPRN instance. An operator would reference this during billing reconciliation or when troubleshooting customer-specific routing issues.
