What is vRtrAdvPrefixPreferredLifetime?

Specifies the remaining time in seconds that an advertised IPv6 prefix remains in the preferred state before it is deprecated. A value of 4,294,967,295 indicates the prefix is preferred indefinitely; after deprecation, addresses derived from it should not be used as source addresses for new connections.
