Category: ZTE ZXR10 Layer 2 Switching
Description: Manages ZTE ZXR10 switch-level configuration including port settings, VLAN membership, and switch fabric status.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is ZXR10-SWITCH-MIB?
ZXR10-SWITCH-MIB is a ZTE enterprise MIB implementing switch-level configuration and status management for the ZXR10 switch product family, rooted under zte.zxr10.zxr10switch (enterprises.3902.3.102). It defines VLAN management via zxr10CpuVlanPvidTable (per-VLAN ID, MTU, state, SAID, VPN ID, member port bitmaps), tagged/untagged VLAN membership tables (zxr10CpuVlanTagTable, zxr10CpuVlanUntagTable), and IGMP snooping control through zxr10IgmpSnoopingTable, alongside dedicated subtrees for QinQ tagging, loop detection, VCT cable diagnostics, super-VLANs (svlan), and DHCP snooping. These objects expose the switch's Layer 2 forwarding and multicast-snooping configuration state, useful for confirming VLAN provisioning, membership, and IGMP snooping status are consistent with intended network design. It is deployed alongside standard bridge and interface MIBs (ifIndex from RFC1213-MIB is imported directly) on ZXR10 switch hardware in ZTE-based access and aggregation networks. Engineers standing up ZTE gear commonly pull a ZXR10-SWITCH-MIB MIB Browser view first to map out the vendor's VLAN and IGMP snooping object tree.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in ZXR10-SWITCH-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
Supported Devices
- ZTE ZXR10 switch series
Monitoring Examples
An operator polls zxr10CpuVlanPvidTable's zxr10CpuVlanState and zxr10CpuVlanMemPortsPvid to confirm a VLAN is active and has the expected port membership, then checks zxr10IgmpSnoopingTable's zxr10igmpSnoopingDropEnable and zxr10igmpSnoopingMaxHostNum for that VLAN; an unexpectedly disabled VLAN state or a full host table would explain multicast traffic not reaching expected receivers.
What Can Be Monitored
- VLAN PVID/state/membership table entries
- tagged and untagged VLAN membership
- IGMP snooping group and host-limit configuration
- QinQ and super-VLAN configuration
- loop-detection and VCT cable-diagnostic subtrees

RFC description
Manages switching functions including VLANs, IGMP snooping, and QinQ encapsulation for ZTE ZXR10 devices.
Start monitoring ZTE ZXR10 switch series (VLAN/IGMP-snooping/QinQ config status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
