Description: The tmnxNewCistRegionalRootBridge notification is generated when a new regional root bridge has been elected for the Common and Internal Spanning Tree. A new regional root bridge creates a new spanning tree topology and may denote loss of customer access or redundancy. Check the new topology against the provisioned topology to determine severity of connectivity loss.
