Description: The value of the object tlsPipMstiDesignatedBridge indicates the Bridge Identifier of the bridge which this port considers to be the Designated Bridge for this port's segment for this MSTI.
What is tlsPipMstiDesignatedBridge?
This read-only object holds the bridge ID of the spanning-tree designated bridge for a specific MSTI (Multiple Spanning Tree Instance) on a port. It identifies which switch is forwarding frames for that spanning-tree region. An operator would verify this to ensure the correct switch is elected as root bridge for each MSTI in a multi-instance spanning-tree topology.
