Description: The value of the object tlsFdbProtected indicates whether or not this MAC is protected. When the value of this object is 'true' the agent will protect the MAC from being learned or re-learned on a SAP that has restricted learning enabled.
What is tlsFdbProtected?
This read-only object indicates whether a MAC address entry in a service's forwarding database is marked as protected from being learned or re-learned on restricted-learning Service Access Points. When true, the switch prevents the MAC from being overwritten by new learning events. Network administrators use this to verify that protected static MAC entries are correctly configured.
