What is tlsDhcpLseStateOldChAddr?

This object stores the MAC address that was previously assigned to a DHCP lease state before it was changed or moved. It is used only by the sapTlsDHCPLeaseStateOverride trap to report what client address was formerly holding the lease. This obsolete object (from pre-4.0 software) is rarely accessed in modern Alcatel-Lucent systems but remains for backward compatibility with legacy traps.
