What is tlsDhcpLseStateOldChAddr?

It is used only by the sapTlsDHCPLeaseStateOverride trap to report what client address was formerly holding the lease. This obsolete object (from pre-4.0 software) is rarely accessed in modern Alcatel-Lucent systems but remains for backward compatibility with legacy traps.
