Description: A row in this table contains backoff information about an LDP adjacency.

When an LDP session startup fails for the first time, the LDP entity waits for a certain time interval before it tries to setup the session again. This interval is the backoff interval. The initial value for the backoff interval is set to the value of vRtrLdpAdjInitBackoff. After waiting for the backoff interval, LDP retries to setup the LDP session. If it fails again the backoff interval increases exponentially and this repeats for each successive LDP session startup failure. If the backoff interval exceeds vRtrLdpAdjMaxBackoff, LDP will not backoff anymore and will give up trying to establish the LDP session.
