The total number of SNMP Get-Next PDUs which have been accepted and processed by the SNMP protocol entity.
What is snmpInGetNexts?
This is a running count of iterative list-browsing requests received by the device. Monitoring tools use this to walk through tables when OID structure isn't fully known. High counts suggest tools retrieving large tables inefficiently.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
