What is ipAdEntReasmMaxSiz?
This object reports the largest size, in octets, of an IP datagram that this device can reassemble from incoming fragmented packets received on the interface identified by this table row. Illustratively, admins compare this reassembly limit against the MTU of upstream links to judge whether large fragmented packets destined for this device risk being dropped instead of successfully reassembled. Illustratively, a typical value might be 65535, meaning the device can reassemble a full-size fragmented IP datagram up to the theoretical maximum IP packet size.
