Description: This object is used to send device-specific data to the paper handling device. The meaning of the device-specific command is dependent on the paper handling device and must be specified in the POS. If the paper handling device does not accept the command, then an will be returned. If the device accepts the command, it may still be processing the command after the response has been returned. Depending on the device, the application may need to query PHDx-DEVICE-MEMORY to see when the command has completed. Additional information: The value of this object is persistent across a power cycle. The index for these objects, the last number of the OID, uniquely identifies the paper size. This value corresponds to the page sizes listed below.
