Description: HH3C MIB for Network Quality Analyzer (NQA) test instances measuring network performance metrics such as latency and jitter.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is HH3C-NQA-MIB?
HH3C-NQA-MIB is a Hangzhou H3C Tech. proprietary MIB (built on DISMAN-PING-MIB, supplementing RFC 2925) implementing NQA (Network Quality Analyzer) synthetic-test probes. Its control table, keyed by test, records target/source port, TTL, jitter-test admin interval/packet count, HTTP operation type/string, FTP operation type/username/password/string, VPN instance, history retention time/enable, ICPIF advantage factor, and codec type, while a results table records RTT disconnects, timeouts, busies, and no-connections. As a performance/diagnostic MIB it lets an administrator run and review synthetic HTTP/FTP/jitter/voice-quality probes on an H3C device. It is deployed on H3C (Hangzhou) networking equipment (NQA probes). Engineers can download the HH3C-NQA-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in HH3C-NQA-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
Supported Devices
- H3C (Hangzhou) networking equipment (NQA probes)
Monitoring Examples
An administrator checks hh3cNqaResultsRttTimeouts to diagnose a failing synthetic-test probe run via NQA on an H3C device.
What Can Be Monitored
- synthetic HTTP/FTP/jitter/voice-quality probe results
