What is svcTmplTlsStpHoldCount?
This object specifies the maximum number of Spanning Tree Protocol Bridge Protocol Data Units (BPDUs) that can be transmitted within each 'HelloTime' interval, controlling the bridge's BPDU transmission rate. Service providers use this to tune Spanning Tree convergence speed without causing unnecessary network flooding. Higher values increase convergence speed but also increase control-plane traffic.
