What is svcTlsPmsiLastChanged?
This object records the system uptime timestamp when a service tunnel pseudowire multicast service interface (TLS PMSI) entry was last modified or configured. If no changes have occurred since the management system restarted, the value is zero. Operators use this to track when configuration changes were made and identify recently modified service instances.
