Description:
[CAUSE] The svcMacFdbTblFullAlarm notification is raised when system limit of FDB records is reached.
Further traps are not generated as long as the value of svcMacFdbRecords object remains under 5 percent of the limit.
[EFFECT] System will not be able to add new MAC addresses to the FDB table.
[RECOVERY] Optimize the MAC FDB addresses assigned to different services.
