What is svcArpHostSdpId?
This is the Service Distribution Point (SDP) identifier that, together with the VC (Virtual Circuit) ID, specifies where an ARP host entry was learned when that host arrived via an SDP binding. When svcArpHostLocale is set to 'sdp', this ID pinpoints the specific service distribution point and binding; otherwise it contains zero. Service operators use this to understand the data path of learned ARP hosts and to troubleshoot service connectivity issues.
