What is sdpBindTlsL2ptProtocols?
This specifies which Layer 2 Protocol Tunnel PDUs (like STP BPDUs) are terminated on this service port. It controls which legacy protocols pass through. A carrier sets this to terminate STP frames locally instead of tunneling them, preventing topology loops.
