Description: The sdpBindDHCPLseStatePopulateErr notification indicates that the system was unable to update the DHCP Lease State table with the information contained in the DHCP ACK message. The DHCP ACK message has been discarded. This trap is only applicable for IES and VPRN spoke-SDPs.
What is sdpBindDHCPLseStatePopulateErr?
This notification indicates that the system could not update the DHCP Lease State table with information from a DHCP ACK message received on an IES or VPRN spoke-SDP, and the message was discarded. Operators should investigate the cause when this occurs, as it may indicate memory pressure, malformed DHCP messages, or corrupted lease table entries. Frequent occurrences may lead to loss of subscriber session state.
