Description: sdpBandwidthBookingFactor is used to calculate the max SDP available bandwidth. The value of sdpBandwidthBookingFactor specifies the percentage of the SDP max available bandwidth for VLL call admission. When the value of sdpBandwidthBookingFactor is set to zero (0), no new VLL spoke-sdp bindings with non-zero bandwidth are permitted with this SDP. Overbooking, >100% is allowed.
