When pwTemplateLimitMacMove value is set to 'blockable' the agent will monitor the MAC relearn rate on the SDP Bind, and it will block it when the re-learn rate specified by svcTlsMacMoveMaxRate is exceeded. When the value is 'nonBlockable' the SDP Bind will not be blocked, and another blockable SDP Bind will be blocked instead.
What is pwTemplateLimitMacMove?

When set to 'blockable', the system automatically blocks the link if MAC addresses move between ports too frequently, which can indicate network loops or other faults.
