Description: With the object pwTemplateMacAddressLimit a limit can be configured for the max number of MAC addresses that will be learned on the SDP Bind (only for spoke SDPs). When the limit is reached, packets with unknown source MAC address are forwarded by default. By setting sdpBindTlsDiscardUnknownSource to 'enabled', packets with unknown source MAC will be dropped instead.
What is pwTemplateDiscardUnknownSource?
This object determines whether packets with unknown source MAC addresses are dropped or forwarded when a MAC address learning limit is reached on a service. It can be enabled or disabled to control how the network handles MAC address limit violations. Operators use this to prevent network flooding from devices with unknown source addresses while maintaining service quality.
