This counter records the number of Protocol Aggregation Gateway Protocol (PAGP) Bridge Protocol Data Units that were encapsulated using Layer 2 Protocol Tunneling (L2PT) and transmitted from a Service Access Point (SAP) on a Timetra device. Operators monitor this statistic when running PAGP over a service provider network to ensure that PAGP negotiation packets are properly tunneled and delivered to downstream equipment. An increasing counter indicates active PAGP link negotiation through the tunnel.
