What is sapIngSchedPlcyStatsFwdOct?
This object counts the total number of octets forwarded on a Service Access Point after the ingress scheduler policy has determined they should be transmitted from the Pchip to the Qchip hardware component. It provides visibility into how much data actually passes the ingress scheduling stage versus what arrives. Service provider engineers use this counter to verify scheduler behavior and identify traffic bottlenecks in the forwarding pipeline.
