What is sapIngQosQueueStatsForwardedOutProfPackets?
This 64-bit counter tallies packets forwarded by the ingress Quality-of-Service queue that exceed the Committed Information Rate (CIR) on a Service Access Point. Traffic above the CIR is marked out-of-profile and may be subject to different forwarding treatment. Operators use this metric to assess how often traffic exceeds contracted rates and whether QoS policing is working as configured.
