What is sapEgrSchedPlcyPortStatsFwdOct?

This read-only counter tracks the total number of octets (bytes) that were forwarded by the egress scheduler policy on a particular Service Access Point (SAP) port, as measured between the packet processor (Pchip) and queuing processor (Qchip). Operators monitor this to verify that traffic is flowing through the correct QoS scheduling policy and to measure how much data is actually being transmitted. High values indicate active traffic usage on that SAP.
