What is sapEgQosPlcyQueueStatsDroppedOutProfOctets?
This OID counts the bytes of traffic discarded because they exceeded the quality-of-service limit on an egress queue. Rising numbers indicate traffic is being rate-limited or dropped. An operator investigating slow downloads or poor performance would check this to confirm the network is intentionally dropping excess traffic.
