What is sapCemStatsEgressMisOrderDropped?

This counter tracks the number of packets that were dropped on egress because they arrived out of sequence and could not be reordered, either due to buffer limitations or sequence number window constraints. It reflects packet loss due to jitter buffer exhaustion in emulated service flows. Operators use this metric to assess whether their network latency variance is within acceptable bounds for the service.
