What is sapBaseStatsIngressQchipDroppedLoPrioOctets?
This counter measures the number of low-priority octets discarded by the Qchip (QoS processing chip) on ingress at a SAP due to QoS policy enforcement, buffer exhaustion, or maximum burst size exceeded conditions. Dropped low-priority traffic indicates resource contention or SLA violations. Operators use this metric to tune QoS policies and identify bottlenecks requiring additional bandwidth provisioning.
