What is sapBaseStatsIngressPchipOfferedUncoloredOctets?
This counter tracks the total number of uncolored data bytes (octets) that arrive at a Service Access Point (SAP) ingress interface and are offered by the packet processor (Pchip) to the queue processor (Qchip) for further processing. Uncolored octets are those that did not match any QoS coloring policy, so they receive default treatment. Operators monitor this to understand traffic volumes and policy compliance at the SAP boundary.
