What is sapBaseStatsIngressPchipOfferedHiPrioPackets?

This 64-bit counter tracks the total number of high-priority packets (as determined by ingress QoS policy) that were offered from the Pchip (packet forwarding processor) to the Qchip (queuing processor) on a Service Access Point. Operators monitor this counter to verify that QoS policies are correctly identifying and prioritizing high-priority traffic at the ingress point of the system. Analyzing trends in this counter helps validate QoS configuration and detect if prioritization is functioning as expected.
