What is vRtrMplsTpLsrRPOutLabel?

Specifies the reverse-path (RP) egress label for this LSR, settable only after vRtrMplsTpLsrRPEnabled is true; once set it can't be unset except by disabling the reverse path. Admins assign this label to define what outgoing label this transit node swaps to on the reverse direction.
