What is rcStatOspfIfRxLSReqs?
This read-only counter tracks the total number of Open Shortest Path First link-state request packets received on a particular interface since the interface was initialized. Network operators monitor this metric to understand routing control plane activity and diagnose OSPF convergence issues. High values may indicate excessive route recalculation or an unstable network topology.
