What is rptrMonitorTransmitCollisions?
Counts every time the repeater's state machine entered the TRANSMIT COLLISION state from a state other than ONE PORT LEFT, a useful indicator of collision-domain congestion on this repeater; rolls over roughly every 16 hours under sustained load.
