What Is GWTT-SMI?
GWTT-SMI is a Structure of Management Information (SMI) module for Novell's GroupWise TT component, whose sole purpose is to register an enterprise OID namespace rather than define monitorable managed objects. As an SMI-only module it contains no scalar or tabular data objects of its own -- no interface, environment, performance, or fault data -- and exists purely to declare the top-level OID arc under which any actual GroupWise TT MIB objects would be defined. Consequently it has no direct role in monitoring hardware or software status; its function is purely structural, establishing the namespace that a companion data-bearing MIB (if one exists) would build upon. It has no apparent dependency beyond the standard SNMPv2-SMI conventions used to register enterprise OID arcs. It would typically be encountered only indirectly, as a prerequisite loaded when working with actual GroupWise/Novell network management tooling. Engineers can download the GWTT-SMI file directly to load it into their MIB browser.

Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Monitoring Examples
This module defines no sample objects (sample_objects is empty) and its module description field is also empty, consistent with a pure SMI/namespace-registration module rather than a data-bearing MIB; there are no tables or scalars to poll, and no realistic monitoring scenario can be honestly constructed for GWTT-SMI itself.
