What is hrstorageindex?
This read-only integer uniquely identifies a logical storage area, such as RAM or the installed disk, within the printer's Host Resources storage table, and this index value stays fixed for that storage area across the life of a given agent instantiation. It lets a management station tell apart multiple distinct storage pools, like main memory versus disk, when reading related usage figures. For instance, an admin correlating hrstoragesize and hrstorageused entries would use hrstorageindex to make sure they are comparing the RAM entry to the RAM entry and not accidentally to the disk entry.
