Description:

What is svcCreated?
This object represents an SNMP notification (trap) that is automatically generated whenever a new service row is created in the service base information table. The trap provides the management system with real-time notification that a new service has been provisioned rather than requiring polling. An operator monitoring the network would subscribe to receive this trap to get immediate alerts whenever services are added to the system.
