What is iesIfCreated?
This notification is generated when a new Interface in an IES (Internet-facing Edge Service) row is created in the system. It alerts management systems to new interface provisioning events so monitoring dashboards and automation tools can react accordingly. Operators use this trap to track service provisioning changes and update network documentation automatically.
