Description: The value of the object sapTlsStpRapidStart specifies whether Rapid Start is enabled on this SAP. When the value is 'enabled' the Spanning Tree Protocol state transitions on this SAP are driven by the value of the 'HelloTime' instead of the value of 'ForwardDelay', thus allowing a faster transition into the forwarding state. This parameter is also referred to as 'adminEdge'.
What is sapTlsStpRapidStart?
Enables or disables Rapid Start on this SAP, which allows STP port state transitions to be accelerated based on the HelloTime interval rather than waiting for the full message age timer. When enabled, the port can move to the Forwarding state more quickly after a topology change.
