What is sapEgressFrameBasedAccounting?
Determines whether egress traffic on this SAP is metered using frame-based (layer-2 overhead included) rather than the default packet-based accounting when evaluating the aggregate egress rate limit. Enabling frame-based accounting provides more accurate bandwidth measurement by counting the full Ethernet frame size.
