What is sapCemLocalEcid?
Specifies the local Emulated Circuit Identifier (ECID) for a CEM SAP that belongs to an EPIPE service. The ECID uniquely identifies the emulated circuit endpoint and is exchanged with the remote peer to establish the circuit.
