What is sapAtmOamAlarmCellHandling?
This configurable object determines whether ATM OAM (Operation, Administration, and Maintenance) cell status on a PVC affects the SAP's operational state, including whether AIS/RDI alarm cells are generated when the SAP goes down. Setting it to 'up' links PVC OAM health to SAP status, while 'down' makes the SAP ignore OAM cell conditions.
